Thanks to Jill for this one. I had heard several times about Radiohead covering this song in soundcheck, but hadn't actually heard the cover yet, and it is pretty good. This is probably my fave song of the year so far, and my fave album also.

Thanks to Music Slut for this. I watched this last night, and although as usual the sound was terrible (as it always seems to be on the talk shows, esp. Conan), it was cool to see him with the full band, and I'm hoping the rest of this US tour includes the full band as well. Next Friday at Empty Bottle I will be there motherfuckers!

For the latest installment of Radiohead Countdown we have a performance of 'Nude' on Jonathan Ross's show. Thom and the boys stripped this version down a tiny bit by leaving out some of the backing vocals and atmospheric sounds, and Thom sounds amazing. Its also a stunning visual display with the white lights drowing out the color, and leaving a purple tinged lava lamp effect on the back wall. The guys are definitely on their A game so get your face ready!

Yeasayer playing '2080' from 'All Hour Cymbals' on Jools Hollands amazing show. I am incredibly excited to see these guys and Man Man at The Loft on 4/29[buy tix]. Yes the devil Ticketmaster is selling these but I guess you could take a chance on tickets at the door. According to Man Man's site they have already sold out the first 4 shows so wait at your own risk.
I also think it bares mentioning that I HATE the lack of a 'Later...' type show being on in America. Forgive me if I'm forgetting something, ...

In an effort to get a little extra Radiohead fix between now and their show at Superpages.com Center, [what a terrible name] I will be posting some Radiohead related content. I'm not sure it will be every day, or what it will be when I do post. I do know that I had to start off with a crazy performance of Go to Sleep from Jools Holland's show Later. Go to Sleep is my favorite song from Hail to the Thief, and Jonny's solo at the end of this song his legendary. Enjoy.

What is this? Two videos in two days? I know, I know, but I saw this over at Ohmpark and this was too good to pass up. Saw this over on The Music Slut and I just had to post it, because it is a really beautiful version of a really great song. The more that Dev (Lightspeed Champion) comes out with the more impressed I get with him, and also the more glad I was right there at his first ever US show here in Chicago.
